What really started Kelly’s jaunt into the world of YouTube shows. Multiverse theory is the idea that there are an unlimited number of universes, including this one, which comprise all of existence. Within these universes are every possible combination of scenarios that could possibly exist. This is one of those topics that truly peaks Kelly’s interest, especially since it is possibly true. In fact, in his final published paper, Stephen Hawking came to the conclusion that our universe is contained within 1 of 2 scenarios. We either live in a simulation, or we live in a multiverse limited only by the laws of physics.
While the idea that there are an infinite or near-infinite number of universes seems like science fiction, there is strong evidence and theory supporting this idea. From infinite universes, to bubble universes, parallel universes, and even daughter universes, there is plenty of material and theories for me to explore here on this blog. This is an idea that can be explored from a scientific point of view, with the unending
Kelly’s skills as a researcher and host are top-notch. Count on her to ask the right questions and to create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and rigorous. Her audience is loyal, smart, funny and engaged. In short, if you’re a part of the fringe community… Explaining Esoterica is the place to be.
I have had the opportunity to interact with Kelly professionally as her researcher and her co-host on prior projects. I have always been consistently awed by her intelligence powered curiosity, her persistence in providing information to the community with a constant framework of integrity and the positive energy that radiates from her.
Now as a listener of her show, I value the fact that her intuitive questioning will get to the heart of what I was wondering!
Kelly Farmer has all of the standard qualities of a good researcher: She is open-minded and also uses critical thinking; she is diligent, patient, and focused; she keeps current with updated knowledge and is passionate about her areas of interest; and she is resourceful and inventive in gathering information. I particularly respect her nonjudgmental and critical reasoning approach.
From the interaction I have had and seen, Kelly excels at both independent and collaborative research. She uses multiple sources, and works hard to establish the credibility of each source. When a source may be less than credible, she does call it out.
Kelly has an excellent communicative skill set, and able to explain complex topics in an accessible way. She is personable and approachable, so she is able to establish rapport with her subjects (often interviewees) and fellow researchers. She truly has a collaborative and cooperative mindset.
I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Kelly Farmer for her Podcast called, “Explaining Esoterica”. I felt like I was having a conversation with a dear friend and never felt like I was ‘on stage’ or ‘put on the spot’. She is super easy to talk to. Kelly also does a fantastic job at diving deeply into the esoteric world and I have a huge respect for her unique ability to bridge scientific research with esoteric principles, which she does in a way that’s comfortable and easy for anyone to understand.
Kelly’s show Explaining Esoterica is an awesome place to come listen, learn and interact with like minded community members. We watch every episode and enjoy her laid back yet professional style presentations and interviews each week. The chat room is a fun and safe place to share and talk with others watching.
Getting to know Kelly since watching her shows we have become very close and we find her to be a highly intelligent and loving person who we wish nothing but success in all her shows and endeavors. Looking forward to working with her in the future. 5 out of 5 stars for entertainment.
